Setup:

• Find a quiet space
• Place the tin and contents before you
• Use the tin as the altar ritual space and place salts, candle, incense, sprinkle of herbs inside the tin
• Set an intention, light the candle and/or incense
• Cleanse, protect, reflect, or meditate

Suggested Rituals:

Cleanse

Place clear quartz and sprinkle of herbs in tin, use incense disk and cone. Light incense to smoke cleanse.

Protect

Sprinkle black salts in tin in a circle, place tea light in center and light. Hold Obsidian and whisper intention. Reflect and breath.

Grounding

Select stones that represent your intention and hold while meditating. Place feet flat on the floor and imagine the weight of the stones amplifying and falling down through you to the floor.
