Why flat-rate?

We believe in keeping things simple. Flat-rate shipping lets you know upfront what to expect, and we use Canada Post to ensure your goodies arrive safely and swiftly.

How are items packaged?

Small items (like keychains, spell jars, or greeting cards) are shipped in bubble mailers. Larger items (like altar boxes or bundled kits) are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes with protective filler.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number when applicable.

Return & Exchange Policy

❌ All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake in your order:

• Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
• Send an email to [your email] with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging.
• We’ll do our best to make it right — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or another solution.

Packaging Note

All items are packed with care using protective materials, but once they leave our hands, shipping carriers are in control. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll always do our best to help where we can.

Why no returns?

Because each item is handmade in small quantities, often using delicate materials, we’re not able to process traditional returns. This allows us to keep our pricing fair and our production sustainable.
